MP4 does not seem to have anything to signal interlaced content, and jpegdec
currently does not put it into the caps either (can it even detect it?).

So the problem here is something different than what I first understood. It's
not detected as interlaced-mode=mixed but as progressive.

Tim, is that what the other bug is about? If I understand that one correctly it
is about actual decoding problems with interlaced JPEG?
