I think my main concern here is now that we would always "autoplug" these
elements for audio/x-raw and video/x-raw, which might not be ideal. Maybe there
should be one variant that only registers {audio,video}/x-raw-unaligned and has
PRIMARY rank, and the other variant has all caps and NONE rank.
