My point is that the above pipeline does not even work for the initial
connection with netcat. It's also all independent of timestamps or similar, the
issue is just that nothing is marked as keyframe when going into tcpserversink.


Tim, maybe you forgot to push the fix? :) It looks like the is_delta flag in
the muxer is always false when a packet is going to be output.
