The warning itself is not a problem.

The real problem is the 'I can hear audio only when setting latency of 1 second
on audiomixer and compositor'.

The question is how do we reproduce this? Do you have a sample app or
gst-launch pipeline you can share? If note, could you provide a GST_DEBUG=*:6
log of the first few seconds?
