In which I have not attempted to do this.

At the time, the gstreamer development tip was a build dependency for the
32bit-only pcsx2. I haven't really used pcsx2 much in the last two years
either, and only compiled against precompiled dependencies. If I get around to
this again, and it doesn't work, I should probably open a new bug.
