[Bug 763870] concat, cdparanoiasrc: silence gap 500ms between two tracks

The workaround solution with using bigger buffer at sink do cut off the last
part of second track.
I tested with file with marks at the beginning and at the end of file.
First track is 5 seconds second is 6 seconds.
Output has 9 seconds as shown on attached picture from audacity.
