What does that NUM_CALLBACK_BUFFERS mean? Is it the number of buffers we
allocate, and if all 5 are somehow in use we can't capture anymore? In that
case it seems more like something for the maximum latency value.

For the minimum we should somehow get the maximum time that is taken from
timestamping the frame to having it inside ahcsrc.
