the file time is displayed as ''00:00'' for first time audio play

During the first time play of OGG audio file, total duration time of the audio
file is displaying as "00:00".
Also the seeking pointer will not move untill it reaches to the end of the
file.
During the next play of same OGG file, the total duration of audio file is
displaying correctly and the seeking pointer also start moving.

Reproduced this issue in gstreamer 0.10.36 version.
