Remove both tmp-orc.c and gstaudiopack.h and try again.

Alternatively you should be able to pass --disable-orc to configure which costs
some performance but is otherwise not a problem.

Also, what's the output of:

$ which orcc

$ pkg-config --libs --cflags orc-0.4

$ ldd `which orcc` | grep liborc
