As mentioned here https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=766008#c1 it might
be still useful to have instance_init/finalize tracers for GstObjects if we
can't have ref/unref tracers


Also are init/finalize tracers enough for GstMiniObject or is there a use-case
for having tracers for each ref/unref?
