extract icc profiles from images and send them downstreams in an attachment tag
for colormanagement plugins to use them

this is a patch for pngdec from gst-plugins-good
in conjunction with the addition to lcms, this enables extraction and
utilization of icc profiles that are embedded in png files. profile is handed
downstreams as an attachment tag.
