dvb/parsechannels: do not guess delsys at zap parsing

Can you give this one a try over an
up-to-date copy of master and report
back with a debug log please? Your
last ones still show a wrong delsys
auto selection being made. We might
still need to tweak the T2 parameter
set up so don't feel too bad if it
still fails :)
