Hi Sebastian.

So apparently some caps were not complete, however sometimes when caps are not
complete, the information about it is in some cases either hidden or difficult
to detect. What is the official GStreamer "SHOULD/MUST" policy for
modules/plugins about printing informative error messages about missing caps in
such cases?
