I think that will be annoying to do in the payloader/depayloader. Would be
better to add this information to the caps in the decoder/encoder... and write
a jpeg2000parse element that extracts it from a stream if not given.

You could however set the caps on the srcpad only after parsing some packets,
instead of doing it directly in set_caps().
