Hi, I need to rebase
https://github.com/CapOM/gstreamer-vaapi/commits/dmabuf_with_and_without_caps_feature_26april_2016
against latest gstreamer-vaapi. Last time I tried their it was failing some of
my regressions tests after rebase.

But basically now this branch just contain
https://github.com/CapOM/gstreamer-vaapi/commit/2a55a5fc774eb8bba68094ba231f06b8b07b3969
. I need to split it to help with review too.

Once it is ready, then I would have to push the 2 patches gst-plugins-base/bad
first. Also I understood that Victor has even more changes since the hackfest
so I should maybe wait for it first.
