I think there are some binary dependency for icamerasrc :)

Please don't remove vaapi dmabuf export capability (io-mode=dmabuf-import) with
out having another working solution. There are customers who using it in
production environment.

We remove it only when we agreed/implement a proper solution.

BTW, so no plan to implement dmabuf-capsfeature ??
