I'm following below steps please correct me if I'm wrong.

Step 1. git clone  git://anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero

(This is master branch with git commit 8243037 "Update versions to 1.11")

Step 2. Run the patch from git commit 56ee6c4 and e6651a7 

Step 3. Full rebuild i.e cerbero -c config/cross-android-armv7.cbc bootstrap 
 cerbero -c config/cross-android-armv7.cbc package gstreamer-1.0
