The sed step is awful, I agree, I didn't mind the "configure" substitution,
tho.
Anyways if you want the -1.0 to be hardcoded that's fine, that means that the
file name can be changed too, right? I mean to gst-launch-1.0.1, etc. to
reflect that those are the final man pages with no pre-processing needed.
