Hello again.
I tested using master and on Ubuntu 16.10, with kernel 4.8.0-27 and the same
behaviour occur. After executing a few pipelines one after the other, a
"Resource is busy" appears and it fails to execute.
However, the error on master is different as there is no INTVAL.

I have added the GST_DEBUG=v4l2*:7 output for master.
