vaapivideomemory: remove GST_VAAPI_TYPE_VIDEO_INFO

Remove redundant GST_VAAPI_TYPE_VIDEO_INFO, since it is a duplicate of
GST_TYPE_VIDEO_INFO created before gstreamer 1.6, where the boxed type
was created.
