With gstreamer-vaapi installed, playbin3 fails to play some old divx files
(e.g. [1]).
>From what I can tell, vaapidecodebin is selected based on the static caps. Caps
negotiation then fails at a later step and decodebin3 tries again. However, 
vaapidecodebin is not blacklisted so it's selected again in an endless loop.

The old playbin still works: when vaapidecodebin fails it tries the next
decoder and succeeds to play the file.
