How much improvement do you expect?

Would you mind to share the patches here? I'm kind of stuck and can't wait as I
need to significantly reduce the CPU usage to get my use-case working. So I
will be happy to test and possibly optimize further. It would save my time and
avoid doubling the effort. Thanks!
