I have updated the patches to re-enable direct rendering.

Rendering a 4K video in my Haswell (resizing to fullHD by vaapipostproc)

Without the patches, the CPU usage is ~17%
With the patches, the CPU usage is ~13%

Using xvimagesink as sink.
