The Broadcast profiles are specifid in "ISO/IEC 15444-1 Information technology
— JPEG 2000 image coding system: Core coding system AMENDMENT 3: Profiles for
broadcast applications"

There are exactly 3 of them, but in Mpeg-TS is allowed only first "Broadcast
Contribution Single Tile Profile" and then there are main_levels, 5 of them,
which specifies the max bitrate

No, only in j2k descriptor
