Well, it is not *that* complex, but it is an optional dependency and needed
only for developers as tracing is really a developer thing so I am not sure it
is a problem at all (we talked about it with Sebastien and Edward and they seem
to agree with that).

Still, I could implement it myself if people really think it is the right thing
to do.
