True, upstream is not owner of gst-plugins-recordingdemuxbin.

I will change that code to set DISCONT flag for setup and seek as well.

That change probably mean that D-bit doesn't needs to be set to TRUE at FLUSH
STOP but considering this discussion, shouldn't we change the default value
from FALSE to TRUE?
