There is a race condition with this method to trace timestamp when using
multiple sinks. When I trace with debug section instead, I don't see this
issue.

GST_DEBUG="*SCHED:6"  gst-launch-1.0 ... 2>&1 | grep calling | head -n 30

Please confirm this is your issue.
