Patch that aligns property description to match one from Opus' docs

Currently opusenc has an audio-type property, with description "What type of
audio to optimize for". It is misleading, as according to the Opus docs, this
parameter rather instructs the encoder intended application ("Configures the
encoder's intended application. ")

There's a separate CTL for setting what type of audio encoder should optimize
for, see bug #771261.

The attached patch aligns property description to match one from Opus' docs.
