When using the latest master branch on RPi with Jessie, the "test-segment-seek"
test in "gst-plugins-good/tests/icles" stops updating the video after a couple
of seeks. 

To test this just start the test program with a h264 encoded video. 
Tested with multiple different  video files. 

Attached is DEBUG output. I had to compress it, because it's to big otherwise.
