I use gentoo portage for build ;)

I try manualy:
cd /tmp
tar xvf /usr/portage/distfiles/gst-plugins-base-1.9.2.tar.xz
wget

-O patch
cd gst-plugins-base-1.9.2
patch -p1 < ../patch
./configure --build=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu --host=i686-pc-linux-gnu
make &> build.log

and more errors...
