My patch merely keeps behaviour and stops qtmux from doing stupid calculations
with GST_CLOCK_TIME_NONE. I'm sure there is more broken in here, but that's for
a later time :)

I just saw this bug here now because of another bug elsewhere where wrong
timestamps were calculated.
