Proposed text for adding Parlatype, module www

Would you please consider adding Parlatype
(http://gkarsay.github.io/parlatype/) to the list of GStreamer applications. It
uses GStreamer 1.0 with scaletempo plugin, it's an audio player specialized on
manually transcribing interviews, speeches etc. with adjustable speed,
timestamps etc. It would be the only audio player of this kind on the list.
Patch for module www attached.
