Apple adds an extra string in their version.

Meson encountered an error in file subprojects/gstreamer/gst/parse/meson.build,
line 21, column 15:
Uncomparable version string 'Apple(flex-31)'.

$ flex --version
flex 2.5.35 Apple(flex-31)
