Frames are split, but it doesn't mean that if you deinterlace it the output to
should be 50 
FPS. I also tried to use deinterlce element and x264enc the output is the same
as source stays at 25 FPS.

same with mfxvpp and mfx264enc output stays at 25 FPS.


but when using vaapipostproc and vaapih264enc output goes to 50 fps.
