[Bug 778337] qtdemux: sample_description_index not evaluated when parsing the stsd-box

This (the original) stream does not contain a sample_description_index override
in the tfhd-box for the "default" representation (with the highest bitrate).
When dashdemux selects this representation the last stsd_sample_description_id
keeps present and active.
Let me check where to reset this to default.
