Perhaps we could handle a new context, just like "gst.x11.display.handle", but
named, for example, "gst.va.display.handle" which will receive a VADisplay (not
a GstVaapiDisplay object). Thus clients could create by themselves VA displays
and assign them to a pipeline via GstContext.
