Oh, that makes sense then. It would actually be really nice then to be able to
"associate" suppression files with specific libraries in Meson so that they can
be passed automatically to valgrind when running tests in valgrind mode.

In the meantime, gst-build can just pass all the suppression files to the
valgrind test setup.
