configure.ac patch that adds libdw and libunwind switches

Here is my take on this. In Yocto, it is necessary to make sure that builds are
deterministic, so there was a pressing need for such a patch. It is applicable
against current git master.

This introduces --with/--without switches for dw and unwind.
