Looks like an issue with baseparse at first glance. Can also be reproduced
with:
$ wget
http://distribution.bbb3d.renderfarming.net/video/mp4/bbb_sunflower_1080p_60fps_normal.mp4
$ gst-play-1.0 -v bbb_sunflower_1080p_60fps_normal.mp4
