Damn, missed it. This code is completely wrong. The reconfigure trigger not
right. If we cannot scale, then we should force the pixel-aspect-ratio to the
display pixel-aspect ratio and (unless the display width/height is not yet
known) we should ALWAYS *prepand* that size. I'll rewrite that part.
