Correction, -Dbuildtype=debugoptimized does not work, the following does:

meson --buildtype=debugoptimized -Denable_python=true
-Ddisable_gstreamer_sharp=true -Ddisable_rtsp_server=true
-Ddisable_gst_editing_services=true build
