So weird. I know people are using GStreamer bindings through g-i on Windows,
but I guess they don't use Cerbero for it? I checked, and we don't ship
typelibs and girs in the Windows gstreamer binaries either.

Let's drop g-i on Windows for Autotools then. I'll fix it with Meson.
