Both rhythmbox and sound-juicer seem to share some code and the way how the
encoding profiles work though. So that's probably why both are misbehaving.

I'll reassign this to rhythmbox for the time being, this doesn't look like
anything going wrong in GStreamer so far. Just settings not being done by the
Rhythmbox/SJ code.
