The dmabuf export from source element can work without any hack (both v4l2 and
icamerasrc) in gstreamer-vaapi.

But IIUC, they want dmabuf-import and I don't think it can work without having
the hack in gstreamer-vaapi (I guess it is the same situation for v4l2src too).
