i want to achieve something similar to what dashsink does. but i don't want
seperate fragment files or the manifest because it's not supposed to serve as
VOD but instead i want to use this as a direct transport of a low latency live
stream to one or a few web browser mse clients via websocket.
what else is dashsink doing to allow randomly entering at any fragment, does it
prepend an initalization fragment with the necessary codec data and stuff or is
every fragment playable by itself?
