I raised the level from normal to major, Since it breaks the use of a lot off
players installed on devices who all use the GST_SEEK_FLAG_KEY_UNIT and need to
do that. cause GST_SEEK_FLAG_ACCURATE is far to slow and cpu intensif for such
devices.

At least for hd media with several audio tracks sub tracks.
