this bug is not caused by the ancient cerbero toolchain, I just compiled
gstreamer and libvpx with archlinux mingw-w64 toolchain
(https://www.archlinux.org/packages/?sort=&q=mingw-w64&maintainer=&flagged=)
and I confirm the crash on x86 while it works on x86_64
