Yes. This bug is obvious and easy to reproduce with the issue file. I made a
file with ffmpeg to reproduce this issue because it is caused in our webOS TV
set. This is not common, but this kind of situation can be happened, sometimes.
Therefore I think it should be fixed with any way.
