validate: fix linker flags for validate plugin

Fixed linker flags for gstvalidateplugin and removed JSON_GLIB_CFLAGS on
LIBADD.
It seems accurate to have a GST_PLUGIN_LDFLAGS instead of GST_LIB_LDFLAGS.
