Would you mind sharing the original unrecovered .mov and .mrf files so I can
check them? Maybe your generated files have something different from the ones
from videotestsrc.
Also, you can use gst-uninstalled script (gstreamer/scripts) to set up an
uninstalled environment to try master without having to install to your system.
